Daily Maintenance:

• Nozzle Check: Always print a nozzle check at the start of your day to identify missing lines before printing.

• Clean Capping Station & Wiper: Wipe away any ink build-up from the cap top and wiper blade using a clean, lint-free cloth and the manufacturer-approved UV cleaning solution.

• White Ink Agitation: White UV ink is highly prone to settling. Manually shake or agitate the white ink cartridges/bags daily to prevent pigment separation and clogs.

Weekly & Mid-Production Maintenance: 

• Clean the Spit Tray & Honeycomb: Remove the spit tray honeycomb and soak it in UV flush to break down built-up ink residue. Dry it completely before putting it back.

• Clean UV Lamp Lenses: Regularly wipe the glass lenses of the UV lamps with a lint-free cloth lightly dampened with Isopropyl Alcohol to ensure proper curing power.

• Lubricate Rails: Check the carriage rails for debris and lubricate them according to your specific model's user guide to ensure smooth movement.
